The Ivanhoe Broadcast News team, specialized in news from around the world, travelled to Barcelona last October and heard about SOS Galgos through the internet, coinciding with the rescue of greyhounds Gilbert and Teo. They were shocked to hear about the cruelty inflicted on the Spanish galgos and decided to do a news report on the subject, viewed by 54 million households on several local tv stations around the US.
